BELOW ARE INSTRUCTIONS I WAS GIVEN:

Ad Design Redo

1. Find a bad print ad from www.adsoftheworld.com.

2. Analyze the design layout and concept (or lack of one).

3. Rethink it and redesign it.

4. Write a paragraph explaining what was wrong with the original layout and concept, and how you made it better. Make sure to make reference to all the changes you made.

*Make sure to use the same body copy (text) that is used within the original ad. You are free to change the colors, graphics/photos and font selections ONLY. You can add new elements that are not from the original ad.

Submit the original ad, redesigned ad and the written brief all in one PDF file format.

Select an ad that will challenge you.

Do your best. This exercise will give me an indicator of where each person is with their design skills.
